Matt and Sarah use a functional approach to training which is designed to specifically to support you, whether that be to improve your athletic abilities in the sport you love, or support your everyday movement.
Personal Training At Nomad
One-to-one training designed around your goals and needs. Clients with chronic illness or back pain can be supported. No waiting for equipment or busy periods – the studio is yours for your appointment. All clients will receive an initial consultation so we can tailor your training.
Insured & Accredited
Matt & Sarah are passionate about movement, mobility and well-being. They are qualified and accredited to all relevant professional bodies. Accreditations and insurance documentation is available on request.
Sarah Collins
I am a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer, certified RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and Stott Pilates teacher of 20 years. She has specific interests in working with clients with back pain, chronic illness, injury rehabilitation and women moving through peri-menopause and menopause.
Matthew Cleathero
Matt is a qualified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, and cyclist. With over 20 years experience in the gym and training for cycling events, Matt’s special interest is in supporting clients with their cycling fitness across the year.
